It is infused with honey and sage and lovingly simmered in beef stock with granny Smith apples. There is nothing BKT here except the resemblance at one glance. But served with sides of deep fried flower roll buns (4 pcs per serving), this dish earned applause with the soft knuckle meat that’ll beautifully tear up with very little effort to reveal that fresh pink on the inside. If you are ready for the porky lunar this year, this menu is exclusively available for a limited time starting from 10th Jan 2017 to 11 Feb 2017.
