The herbal broth was very fragrant and rich with ingredients such as dried longan, wolf berries and of course the bigger duck thigh. The tender duck thigh meat was flavorful with a strong herb taste.I opine that the duck thigh noodles here was more scrumptious than the one I ate at Pun Chun Restaurant.
Restoran Ban Lee Siang Satay Celup
One of the oldest and most original satay celup restaurant. Compared to lok lok which is dipping raw foods into hot water, this is dipping into hot peanut sauce. All the foods were stored in refrigerator to preserve the freshness. Be sure to go there early as the sauce will be recycled and recooked. If you go early, your sauce is fresh from the kitchen.
