Overall it was a nice experience and MFP is one of the more unique steamboat restaurant in town because of their signature milky and fried Garoupa fish head styled soup. Definitely worth a try.

Fatty Sang Restaurant
Here serve delicious "dai chow" food with very reasonable price. Another place to go if you are craving seafood noodle or beef noodle, priced reasonably.

A BIG shop-lot nicely decorated with an air conditioned ambience. A total “lift up” as compared to the one at Kepong.
Jinjang Fish Head Restaurant
This is their standard own made sauce for the fish head, the fish was fresh and the sauce was fabulous.

The soup is light in colour and has wolfberries (goji) in it. It does not have the strong herbal taste but instead is like a sweet a...romatic rich chicken soup. I was not thirsty after drinking the soup so verdict is no MSG used. All of us could not stop drinking the soup and had to ask for refills. read more

They have two shops on the same row - next to each other. One is open air, the other is airconditioned. So, on a hot day, go to the air-conditioned one. If you want a smoking zone, then take the other side, or the roadside tables
