Foodie Review
Chicago Rib House
mum2 postedGoodTried the weekday set lunch. The food was quite good but the portion was too small for lunch.
許留山 Hui Lau Shan Healthy Dessert
mum2 postedGoodIf you love mango, you'll love Hui Lau Shan. There was once this outlet in 1U offered some lunch sets with dessert, which was quite good but too bad they no longer have that in their menu.
Menya Musashi 麺屋武蔵
mum2 postedSuperbNice ramen with thick and yummy soup. But better do not sit close to the chef as they shouted lively and loudly when they cook, haha.
3 Wise Monkeys
mum2 postedSuperbLove the ambience! You can opt to sit at the cozy corners inside restaurant with nice decor or outdoor with pool view. Food is good as well, a nice place to chill out!
Restaurant Piccadilly
This restaurant is actually located at the ground floor of condominium together with some other shoplots.
mum2 postedExceptionalLook at the menu, it seems they have anything you want - malay, chinese, indian, thai, western, etc. Lots of variety. The food quality is quite good but not fantastic. It's not expensive and parking is not an issue, so I would still recommend this place as it's a nice place to dine in.
O & S Restaurant
The self service yong to fu stall is always pack to the brim and they are doing brisk business.
mum2 postedExceptionalLots of variety for food. I like the prawn mee with pork ribs, har gou chee cheong fun, yong tau foo, and there's a stall for pisang goreng and all sorts of fried stuff. The place is always very full during lunch hour where many office workers around will drop by for lunch.
Village Park Restaurant
A lot of positive feedbacks are given to their lauk pauk, nasi dagang and noodles too. We will definitely come back to give it a try, will be having a hard time to resist ourselves from ordering the nasi lemak again. Village Park is operated by a Chinese-Muslim husband-wife team. Service for food is fast. Iced Special White Coffee (RM2.50), Kedondong juice & sour plum (RM2.50), Nasi Dagang Set (RM5.40), Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng (RM6.80),
mum2 postedSuperbLove the crispy chicken nasi lemak, superb! The restaurant is always jam packed with customers. I wanted to order the mee rebus but it was sold out! Will try again next time. By the way, no supper there. It closes at 8pm.
Le Pollidor Cafe
mum2 postedSuperbA comfortable environment, nice decor, soothing music, decent food. With wifi available, it's quite a good place to do some work with your laptop or just laze around with a book, coffee or some sandwiches. For those who are looking for art work, the paintings on the wall are actually for sale. The smoke sausage and pasta that I ordered is a bit salty but generally they still tastes good. So I think I'll come back again! :)
Uptown Lammee
mum2 postedExceptionalI ordered this Set Menu (if not mistaken the set available at tea time until 6pm only) which consists of: 1. Lam mee 2. Fish ball soup (5 pcs) 3. Dessert of the day 4. Jasmine green tea costs me RM15.90, which I think it's a fair price. The lam mee is nice but I don't really like the fish balls taste. Overall, it's still a worth to try.
+wondermilk
They sell cupcakes definitely can satisfy a sweet tooth.
mum2 postedSuperbI like the environment, very cozy and full of nice decor. The milk is nice with many different flavours. Food wise, it's not bad (I have never tried the cupcakes though), just that all the food and drink are served in either plastic or paper bags, which I think it's not so good to the environment. Price: 1. Hot Butterscotch Milk - RM7.00 2. Turkey & Cheese Baked Potato - RM8.90
Nak Won Restaurant
mum2 postedExceptionalComfy environment with very friendly staff. Food wise, unlike other Korean restaurants that I tried, Nak Won food is a bit blend to me (I'm not sure if this is the authentic taste of Korean food?). I like the seafood pancake, the taste of the Unagi BBQ was quite good, only if the eel was not too soft. Anyway, worth to try it out! Price: 1. Pork BBQ - RM26 per pax 2. Duck Breast BBQ - RM38 per pax 3. Unagi BBQ - RM40 per pax 4. Seafood Pancake - RM25 5. Ginseng Chicken Soup - RM25 6. Seafood Noodles - RM15
Bumbu Bali
Waterlily, Buddy-Buddy and Bumbu Bali are actually under the same management or shall I say family owner? Bumbu refers to herbs of Bali. It was run by the owner, Eddy and his Bali wife.
mum2 postedSuperbGenerally the food is good with quite a huge portion. Always jam packed with people. Nice environment. I think it will be great if the price can be reduced with a smaller portion.
