Chinese Restaurants in Jalan Hang Jebat (Jonker Street) – 13 Restaurants
Jonker 88
One of the famous Cendol stall located at Jonker Street. This shop is famous for its environment which decorated by plenty of archeology artifacts displayed on the wall display. Furthermore this shop also is been endorsed by 8TV Hochak show. But my personal opinion, I still prefer the Bibik House Cendol as it taste much much better located down the road.

sebrinah.yeo posted sweet-blessingz.blogspot.myExceptionalHainanese Chicken Rice has always been super awesome at delivering the best chicken rice dishes! And everytime someone mentions hainanese chicken rice, I immediately remember the one and only chicken rice that I love so much from Malacca.Kedai Kopi Chop Chung Wah, almost everyday also got Q without fail. Reason being, their chicken rice ball(s) and their chicken is delicious!!
Hoe Kee Chicken Rice
Malacca’s famous Chicken Ball. This chicken rice dish is a variation of the Hainanese chicken rice.
Kenhuntsfood posted www.kenhuntfood.com 780 ReviewsAnyway, one of Malacca's signature dishes would be the roundly-shaped Chicken Rice Ball, nothing special just that they are special in terms of their shape. Prices vary depending on your orders.
Jonker Street Poh Piah Stall
sebrinah.yeo posted sweet-blessingz.blogspot.myExceptionalToday, let me tell you about "Poh Piah Lwee" located just along the shoplots (on the right) before turning in to Jonker Walk. The poh piah, RM3, here is really yummy! The jicama is nicely marinated and boiled in a way that it is not too dry, not too sweet and best of all it's just right! Crunchy, fresh, sweet and mix really well with all the other ingredients in the poh piah. What I love most about Malacca poh piah is that you can actually find fried pork lard oil inside! The one I tried at Bunga Raya was very wet and oily, they were really generous on the pork lard oil and sauce but it was abit overwhelming. At Poh Piah Lwee, the amount is just right, just perfect!

The Museum Cafe
The outside implies a lot of historic connotation and claims to make them the traditional way, and seems appealing being in a historic city. Located in the heart of the historic part of town, the concept seems intriguing. Decor in the shop looks very 50s with 50s music. However, the interior, although nice, is very messy with 21st century items such as plastic containers.
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsTo my surprised it wasn't that bad. I didn't have high hope on it as the place wasn't famous for any of their noodle. But surprisingly it's quite good and they even added extra minced pork for me without any extra payment.
