The bisque was watery and tasted like water was added to it, the ravioli was served congealed indicating that it was ready way too early before serving. However, the steaks were good and should be when it costs over RM 200 per piece. Overall, Shook was a disappointment.

Worked part time 2 month here... there is a reason of why the services aint so good cause this restaurant isnt a fine dining restaurant... this restaurant is to provide cheap good food if this hasnt met your satisfaction pls report it to the restaurant manager immediately tq =)

Overall it was a satisfying meal. We like this concept in that we do not have to walk around carrying our food, but instead we can sit down and enjoy our lunch.
