Remember to order gyoza as side dish whenever you dine here. It was amazing – one side is toasty and crisp, the other side tender, and the inside is so flavorful with pork juices ooze out.

It was a very pleasant and enjoyable lunch at Yamagoya with our close friends. We even received a gift from Yamagoya which was a red bean dessert from Japan, very delectable as well.

The tonkatsu ramen at Yamagoya is pretty decent. Perhaps not the greatest bowl of noodles in broth I have ever had, but it was not the worst either.

Well, if I have to compare to the one I have overseas still cannot be compared and talking bout local, this would be one of the best so far. Would be a highly recommended shop by me. or currently one of the best ramen shop in KL.
