Overall, the chicken rice is really normal which you can find at any hawker centre. Maybe some hawker centre served a better chicken rice than this

I very enjoy this meal although the portion is slightly smaller than my expectation. One thing to remark, Tong’s Roast Workshop emphasizes on fresh ingredients, especially their meat. Everything you eat is made in-house on the day itself and nothing is left overnight.
