Taking up about half the entire basement in one of Kuala Lumpur’s classy shopping centres, this spacious restaurant is popular with the sophisticated crowd and it boasts a fanciful ambience, good food and live jazz music.
The kitchens are see-through, which makes it possible (and interesting) for diners to witness their meals being prepared.

we found this restaurant strangely intimate given its location, the staff were very but not over attentive, tables cleared efficiently. A good wines store, open kitchens (always a good sign) an ambience of its own. The toilets are an experience in themselves!! very clean. we were so impressed on the first visit to Shook, we went back again two evenings later, and I was only there 4 days!!... will definately go again. The food was excellent and the creme brulee was to die for….
