The bean sprouts are a bit blanched but not limp, crispy but not snappish enough to shower your shirt with soy goo en route to your mouth. Topped with shreds of scallion, Chinese celery, and a smidge of fresh chili, they're utterly delicious.

Exceptional

We all love Nga Choi Gai @Ipoh but what happened when you feel like eating it but you are at KL? You can't be driving up for 3++ hours journey just for it right? Luckily there is a franchise Nga Choi Gai restaurant in KL which is called New Restaurant Ipoh Chicken Rice.

Everything is normal when complaining to Ipoh Food, but overall, I think this place serves the best Nga Choy Kei in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya. I've tried a few restaurant around, and this place got my vote.

Overall, Mamarazzi was not so satisfied this trip due to the tough chicken meat but Mamarazzi seems to be very happy with the soup. Yummmmm... Hopefully next trip will be better.
