What I adore most is definitely their broth, not too thick nor diluted, just perfect for me. One thing I like about this stall over Kang Beef House is that they do not sprinkle or include some pork lard into the soup, which makes the soup too oily for me. No doubt, pork lard enhances certain unique flavor but I find it too oily and unhealthy too.
