You have the chance to savour some of the famous traditional Malay delicacies which includes grilled fish, Royal Bubur Lambok (porridge) and many others.

K3K Kopitiam @ Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor The display was like back to 70’s, Chinese style. Environment was nice, playing oldies in the shop. It is a comfy place to chat for heart to heart. -
De Foodland Seafood Restaurant, Crabs @ Bandar Sri Menjalara, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur De Foodland is basically a seafood restaurant specialising in crabs.They are mainstreaming on crabs but they do have cool seafood and non-seafood as well. Famous with its 31 styles of crab dishes, both shop lots are filled with patrons licking the sauces off their fingers. -

Paddington House of Pancakes, Pancake @ The Curve Shopping Centre, Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor Offers many unique and delicious pancakes. They have some imported sauce on the table which includes mustard, chilli sauce, and tomato sauce. There are over 100 items to try here so I guess it will take awhile to try out everything even if you come here once a week. -

Nihon Kai Japanese Restaurant @ Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur Below are some drooling photos of our “makan” trip at Nihon Kai Japanese Restaurant, Old Klang Road. The food here is darn good and reasonably priced! Definitely a place worth trying. -

Daorae Garden, Korean BBQ @ Plaza Crystal Ville Center, Jalan 23/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur Daorae Garden serves authentic and delicious barbeque dishes. The service is excellent and prompt where you just have to sit and wait for the food to be done. The waiters also replace the grilling rack once it is charred. -

Restoran Ho Weng Kee, Beef Brisket Wantan Mee @ SS2, Petaling Jaya, Selangor The beef briskets are flavourful, fork-tender and moist after long hours of cooking in slow fire. Apart from that, the noodles are springy and the sauce with dashes of sesame oil is full of flavour. -
Nonbei @ Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur Nonbei is nothing like your usual japanese restaurant. Cause it isn't, its more of a drinking hole serving japanese food (finger food to be precise). Nonbei is actually a branch of Sugimoto. All in all, we had a good dinner there with the owner and the bar manager entertaining us with the occasional chats whenever they are not busy running around serving food. Definitely worth another visit when I'm in that area again. -

Their ikan bilis are very crunchy and yet salty. Their chicken is quite tender.You can only take this if you can really take very spicy food as their sambal is really spicy.

Kedai Makanan May King, Lum mee @ Jalan Yew, Kuala Lumpur Cool, relatively quiet, and squeaky-clean respite from the exhaust and grime outside. However, one of the things that you will have to put up with when you dine here during lunch time is the free smells that comes from the market nearby. Free smells is a euphemism for stink. The area stinks and the shop being air-conditioned gets some of these smells trapped inside the store. -

Tuck Kee Dim Sum, Dim Sum @ Taman Bukit Maluri, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur yue mai is quite huge, about the size of ping pong ball. It's very springy and has no fishy taste which explained that they've used very fresh fish paste. -
Kamimura Japanese Restaurant @ Menara Weld, Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur Located at 3rd floor in Menara Weld. Owned by an ex-japanese chef from Shangrila Hotel KL. Recommended for their set lunch. Reasonable price from Rm18+.
