Majority of the food are above average especially from the ala-carte menu.
Service is good – although the restaurant is busy, the service crew are generally attentive and dishes ordered from the a la carte menu are served pretty promptly.

The fried tempura set was quite an exceptional especially the "fan like" fried variety - crispy, crunchy and just crumbles in the mouth .
GoodCertainly it was worth the try and I liked that there's seating outside facing the walkway - nice comfort to tuck into the dishes we ordered.

Kippin Shabu Shabu
Their sets doesn’t impress me much. But their ala-carte foods are very good. Especially the prawn paste which I ordered. It is very solid minced prawn in there. The wan tan also are home made but a little small in size wise. It doesn’t have much to brag about on the environment and setup. Just look...s like a typicalshabu shabu shop with conveyeur belt setup. read more

A pretty special Japanese restaurant. It emphasize its business towards bento (Japanese Lunch Box) style. You have to choose 1 of the item from each category in their menu cards to form a bento box set. The more you mix, the more foods you will get at a cheaper price.
