Service is good – although the restaurant is busy, the service crew are generally attentive and dishes ordered from the a la carte menu are served pretty promptly.

Exceptional

Overall: 9.5/10 (I know I once rate it 10/10, not I gave it a lil lower not because their standard drop but because no changes their food. They have changed the menu but the taste hmmm... ok ok lor... was hoping more =()
Taste bud indulgence: 9/10 (Not to say not good, but the standard is not very consistence among the dishes served)
Purse saver: 10/10 (OMG, Less than RM50 for Japanese buffet lunch? You gatta be kidding me! )
Atmosphere: 10/10 (I like the ambience as a result of the yellow/orange like. Very orient decorations LIKE )

Superb

Their foods can consider good food quality base on buffet standard. Unlike other place, TAO offer ala-carte buffet. They have quite big variety of food to choose from their menu. This is good for those who like their food piping hot from the wok or lazy to walk around :-p. Only certain dish like sashime, sushi, oyster, bbq, dessert and etc are display on the buffet counter.

The food just average only. The variety of food are not much, I still prefer to go to those typical Japanese restaurant to order ala carte from the menu.

To sum up the buffet, I would said that it was just average. The service was good but the food was just alright, and the dessert was a total dissapointment.
