Overall: 3/5 - The taste formed by coagulation of milk is very strong until you thought they mixed some alcohol in it. The taste is very delightful and I have never taste a cheese that is so original like this. I wish there are some other things for me to dip in it apart of the bread. Qu...ite bored after a while when keep having the same bread to dip in all the time. Nonetheless, this is a must order dish if you are coming here at Edelweiss Cafe. read more
