Sei Ngan Chai roast duck. This one you need to pack back. I guess is the herbs they use to marinate and also the skill they handle the fire. The meat really soft and not stick to the bone. Imagine that how soft is it while the the skin is crispy

A casual, comfort, creative and fun eatery with asian-chinese twist; nested in an old shophouses, Chinatown, KL

They are not pretentious with ingredients and uses some of the ingredients that represented the locals pretty well so you’d also see some familiar ingredients like kailan. Apart from slightly salty, what seemed to appear a little cloying looking is actually not at all a disaster; in contrary, this creamy stir fried kailan was uniquely enjoyable.

This is the most "luxury" Hokkien Mee restaurant.

If this is what visitors and tourists to KL perceive how KL’s famous Hokkien Mee is like, it’s seriously troubling. Obviously, Kim Lian Kee has passed its prime and those days when they were the “to go to” restaurant for Hokkien Mee are long gone. Now, Kim Lian Kee is nothing more than a tourist trap filled with foreign workers and poor souls who don’t know how a decent Hokkien Mee should taste like. No amount of promotion from Hugo Leong can save them from the embarrassment that they are today.

PS150 may still maintain much of its pre-war building’s character, making it one of the most worthwhile visiting bar in KL. The entrance is dimly lit, and you'll have to go through a series of creaky wooden doors to finally get to the main bar area which has the theme color of red!

Its a traditional way cooking by using charcoal. Maybedue to this it bring out the fragant of the rice especially those rice stick on the claypot wall. Its crispy and the best part is it doesn’t taste like over burn dark rice. Hehe. The chicken had been marinated until it is soft and really delicious. Yummy yummy~~
