Its a traditional way cooking by using charcoal. Maybedue to this it bring out the fragant of the rice especially those rice stick on the claypot wall. Its crispy and the best part is it doesn’t taste like over burn dark rice. Hehe. The chicken had been marinated until it is soft and really delicious. Yummy yummy~~

The taste was better than average, but it lack the Chinese liqueur(Siu Heng in Cantonese) taste that is always synonymous to claypot rice.
