Waterlily, Buddy-Buddy and Bumbu Bali are actually under the same management or shall I say family owner? Bumbu refers to herbs of Bali. It was run by the owner, Eddy and his Bali wife.
posted zap-pa-lang.blogspot.com 41 Reviews
The place is clean although not spacious. Shabu-shabu restaurant is offering eat-all-you-can concept. What you have to do is to purchase a ticket for the buffet (where seating is on first floor). And for those who prefer to have a-la-carte meal, you can take a seat in the ground floor dining area. Choose whatever you want to eat and cook it yourself on a personal pot
Shabu-shabu at this Restoran Shabu Shabu in Bandar Puteri is very much like eating lok lok, minus the standing and sitting by the roadside, and the risk of getting run over by some cars and so on... and importantly, the price is fixed, all you can eat for RM30 nett per person - seems rather fair.posted eforericyong.blogspot.com 295 Reviews
Daorae serves a wide variety of Korean dishes. Daorae operates by the motto ‘the customers is always right’, thus their main objective is to provide good services to their customers.
Daorae is a fairly good Korean restaurant franchise, where customers sit on the wooden floor-like with holes in it, the free to refill side dishes, and of cause the expensive and delicious BBQ meat. The service is quick and friendly, and it is not too crowded.posted
Pulau Ketam Steamboat. One for the more popular steamboat around Bandar Puteri, usually crowded on weekend night.
The longest lasting Steamboat Restaurant in Puchong, which is economical and tasty with fast & efficient service. No frozen stuff, all fresh ingredients. Usually 2 portion is enough for 3 person. Even my mom approved of this place, due to its reasonable price and fresh ingredients. The Fried Bee Hoon (either Crab, Lala or Fish) is very tasty as well; actually the Bee Hoon taste better than the ingredients, so we usually order Fried Bee Hoon (Fish) which is the cheapest. Very crowded on weekends, but still tolerable due to fast turnaround and large number of tables.posted
They serve good selection of food like the freshly baked signatures pretzels, thick toasts and tortilla, pasta, western and Asian delights, soup and salads, sandwiches and burgers. They also serve coffee, tea and juice. The food costs from RM 5 to RM 20. Al-fungi tortilla, Hawaiian tortilla and Nasi Goreng Kampung with Honey Paprika Chicken were the main course we ordered. At the price of RM 9.90, the nasi goreng kampong set comes with a piece of honey paprika chicken and a drink, The nasi goreng is tasty! The Al-fungi tortilla set and the ala-carte Hawaiian tortilla was about RM 13 – RM 15. Feeling expensive? Not at all! After trying the first bite, it was totally value for money! The tortilla was cheesy, crispy and full of toppings. Don't forget to always seal your meal with a nice cup of coffee. They do brew good coffee, so don’t forget to try it out when you are there. Love coffee, love hot food, love Chilla Cup!posted relishbyrae.blogspot.com 15 Reviews
I have to say the pork knuckle is good. The skin is crispy, yet the meat is juicy and tender on the inside, not overdone. The pork chop is not bad, either, and it is reasonably priced at about RM 22.90. You might want to give these a try if you haven’t. The lamb boneless meat is tender, but it could be better if it was braised slightly longer. It still tastes a little gamey but I don’t mind at all as I like it.posted relishbyrae.blogspot.com 15 Reviews
The interior of Kikyo has a very warm and comfortable ambience. The area was lighted by something like decorated paper lanterns. There are various seating arrangements to accommodate different patrons - there are ones where you are required to take off your shoes. Very nice bamboo decorations on the wall. This place is a bit quiet and relaxing.
Overall for my verdict is slightly cheaper than Umai-ya but Umai-ya still the best ala-carte based Japanese buffet in my opinion. However, I have far more ala-carte restaurant that I have not been yet. Still to come...and hope you all will stayed tuned!posted chillout-soulout-freakout.blogspot.com 180 Reviews
