The Tomyam Noodle took longer times to be served during peak hours (weekday lunch hours). Luckily I have some fried wanton to filled up my hunger earlier. After 30minutes, finally my favorite Tomyam Noodle is served. The noodle are springy and soup are very spicy and sour. For more please..
The mee was springy, and paler in colour compared to wantan mee. i thought the flavour didn’t infuse well into the meat, a little bland. perhaps they could prolong the cooking time.
