Fun Taipei Teacafe
The interior is reminscent of Taiwanese style xiaochi (small eat, 小吃): cute and spare, with a tile floor, white walls, and a tiny 'reading corner' featuring bookshelves laden with Taiwanese magazines and books.

Al Diafah Restaurant
The restaurant serves middle eastern cuisine. All the meat (especially their lamb) was marinated to perfection.

Restaurant Yoke Heng 玉兴海鲜饭店
This place is famous for their claypot mouse noodle ('nga pou lou shu fun')
d_luaz posted mykikisland.blogspot.comWithout black vinegar this claypot loh shu fun was tasteless, for me...
Las Carretas Mexican Restaurant & Bar
The ambience and menu is 90 percent similar with what you can find in Chillis. Food served is of good quality. An excellent eatery with knowledgable and friendly service ... WELL WORTH A VISIT!

KimchiHaru
"Eat healthy at KimchiHaru" KimchiHaru uses one and only 'VEGETABLE BROTH" made from 12 fruits and vegetables for seasoning. NO ARTIFICIAL FOOD ENHANCER (MSG) is used in our cooking.
d_luaz postedSuperbI like Korean Food (maybe because most of them are made of flour); this place has a nice and comfy deco, and showing Korean MTV all day long. The crowd is just nice, not too lonely neither too crowded. I think the bibimbap set is quite good: colourful, taste good and seems healthy. The Jeon Platter is nice, but the rice cake carbonara is a disappointment, should be improved! Prices: * Jeon Platter: RM 15 * Seafood Pa-jeon: RM 11 * Bibimbap: RM 15
QR Noodle House (上海面)

d_luaz postedGoodBeen here twice, it's not bad with some specialty like fried rice noodle (interesting, spicy, but too oily). Not crowded most of the time. Prices: * Noodle: RM 7.50 * Fried Rice Noodle: RM 8.90 * Soya Bean: RM 2.50

d_luaz postedSuperbIt's not as cheap as Penang, but the food served here is decent with good selection of Penang delicacies.
Brilliant Nasi Lemak House
d_luaz postedGoodWe ordered Nasi Lemak with Deep Friend Chicken (RM 7.80): it's not bad, but nothing to shout about at the same time.
Starbucks Kelana Jaya Giant
d_luaz postedSuperbI don't take much Starbucks nowadays, as RM 10 per pop is just too pricey compared to Old Town. But I do agree Starbucks's environment is nice and comfy, and the staff is friendly, and I think the coffee is good. You get what you pay for: premium coffee and premium environment. Valencia Macchiato (with Orange syrup): RM 13.50 for Grande. Starbucks now got this reload cards, where I agree to take one because can get 1 free coffee if I claim it online :) Reload card is great for the business, but perhaps inconvenient for non-Starbucks regular (there is always credit/money left in the card, compelling you to go back, NO!!!).
Dome Cafe
d_luaz postedSo soSomehow, I felt this Franchise is a bit outdated in terms of "taste"; the deco and service is fine, but the food is slightly pricey with nothing much to look forward to. Iced Coffee with Ice-Cream used to be really good; but the last one I tasted is quite diluted; and the cakes (Macadamia Cheese Cake) are not very good. But I remember the breakfast set is not bad, not sure how is it now.
Marche Movenpick Restaurant
In Movenpick Marche Restaurant. You get to see for yourself the freshness and quality of the produce; smell what’s baking in the ovens; hear the food sizzling; and watch the food being prepared right in front of your eyes, fresh from the “market”. Marché (pronounced as Mar-shay), stands for 'market' in French and goes by the motto “Eat in a colourful market-place atmosphere”.
d_luaz postedGoodI felt fascinated by this place during the first visit, and found it "pricey" on the second visit many years ago. Went back here recently for a group dinner, where a mommy really like this place because there is a playground for her child to run around (kudos to Marche). I guess the food is nice and fresh, have a warm feelings and the staff are fairly polite and friendly. Mashed Potato, Seafood Pasta and Seafood Soup is good. Rosti seems popular, but I felt that it could be improved further (perhaps too dry or hard?). I would give it 2 love if only it's slightly more affordable, so that I could come back often :) Prices: * Chicken Sausage Cheese: RM 10.90 * Mashed Potato: RM 2.90 * Pasta Seafood Large: RM 36.90 * Seafood Soup: RM 9 * Mix Sautee Mushroom: RM 10.90 * Plain Rosti: RM 8.90 * Smoked Turkey: RM 6.90 * Homemade Lemonade: RM 6.50
I Love Hokkien Mee
d_luaz postedSuperbThe 1st visit is quite good, the 2nd visit was slightly disappointed. I would avoid this place on weekends due to large crowds (which might affect the quality), but anyway in Puchong is crowded on weekend. The Hokkien Mee (RM 7) and Loh Mee in indeed not bad, probably the best in Puchong. Something wrong with their drink menu, the "leong char" always not available. Price: * Cantonese Fried Yee Mee: RM 7 * Apple Juice: RM 3

Partnering with Master Chef Yong, a chef with over 30 years of experience in culinary cooking, the team created food that's good and pleasing to the senses.
d_luaz postedSuperbWe do comeback here for supper or breakfast once in a while, due easy parking, and the quality of food is not bad, a something "special" as compared to standard kopitiam menu. My wife like the Sambal Fried Rice, and the Nasi Lemak is not bad. Definitely not crowded, reasonable service. Price: * Braised Mutton Noddle: RM 12.90 * D'rich Coffee O Hot: RM 2.60 * Longan Milk Honey Ice: RM 5.90
Restorant Ipoh Sedap 食好料, SS2
d_luaz postedGoodI tried the Chee Cheong Fun (RM 4.20), which I felt is okay, but my dad says it's no good (no taste). They sell some Pomelo as well.
