Foodie Review
Hai Yew Heng 丹绒拔海友兴手工海南包
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsIt's good as I mentioned, but just not spectacular. I am not willing to drive all the way up there to get some bao definitely.
Lerk Thai
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsI think I would be more happier if I had ordered their Thai fried rice or any other fried rice but at the end I had to settled with the noodle.
Restoran Kin Kin 建记辣椒板面
A mound of thick round noodles topped with ikan bilis, chopped scallion, a wee bit of table sugar, pork sliced and chopped, and tiny cubes of cracklin', all crowned by a snow-white poached egg. Kin Kin's pan mee delivers on its promise -- ultra chewy noodles and a la jiao light on oil and heavy on slow-roasted chili flavor that elicits a sharp tingle, rather than the sort of tongue-searing burn that might overpower the dish's other tasty ingredients.
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsOverall, it was alright. The environment is a bit hot and not air condition. So better go early and beat the afternoon sun. The soup pan mee was really large in portion.
Fu Kua Restaurant
Directly translated, it says Bitter gourd Restaurant, and this place literally serves tons of dishes cooked with Bitter gourd.
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsOverall, the food are really good and price isn't that expensive too. The whole meal cost me around RM34++. Not that expensive for a lunch with the dishes that we ordered. But make sure to come early to beat the rush hour from the office workers nearby.
Grand Imperial Kitchen
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsOverall, I am quite satisfied with the quality of the food as in their taste. Service I wasn't that satisfied. Well maybe they are still new since the restaurant had just open.
Sabi Wasabi Japanese Restaurant
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsOverall, the place do serve some real fresh sushi but for the price you're paying, it's still alright with me. I know, some will compare to Sake or Sushi Tei but this place do have some other dishes in their menu which I haven't tried out yet.
Hon Kee Porridge
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsOverall, we had a filling supper and all of us are satisfied with our bowl of porridge. They have this fresh Australia or NZ Salmon too that you can order. So if you are around the area and wanted something plain but still tasted good, you can drop by this place and give it a try.
Restoran Loong Kee
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsThe whole meal only cost us RM27 inclusive of two glass of self-cooked Chrysanthemum tea. Will definitely bring some friends and family over to try it out again.
Oriental Pavilion
The restaurant, part of the Oriental Chain (Ming Room, Noble House, Oriental, etc), is adequately ID-ed, not over the top, but still, it is basically a Chinese restaurant. The food however, is fairly consistent with their other outlets, which is usually of an acceptable standard.
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsOverall, it wasn't that spectacular or good as I heard. The highlight of the luncheon would be the roasted pork and loh mai kai. Will I be back? I don't think so. Might be going back if someone bought me lunch.
Kissaten
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsThe place is really new so all the seats and table are clean and brand new. There are plenty of seats even for large groups of people as both of the restaurants are linked to each another. The staffs are attentive and service is good. Will definitely return to try out their pizza and also the steak burgers.
Restoran Wen Heng
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsThe place starts their business at 5pm and end at 10pm. I would recommend that you come before 6pm so that you can beat the dinner crowd. Try not to come during the rush hour as you will need to wait for almost 30mins or more and the taste might not be as good as I had.
Kitchen Creatures
Kitchen Creatures had opened for business sometime back in mid December. For those of us who aint got no mamma cooked meals, this is as close as it gets for a decent affordable meal.
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsTotally love the place as the food are really good and worth the money.
Oriental Banquet
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsI think for buffet, the most important part is whether the food is worth the money you are paying and in this place, for me it's worth every penny. For RM39++ I can have Peking Duck and Roasted Pork and Shark Fin to name a few. The ambiance is good and clean. A good place to have lunch with parents and friends during the weekend. Another choice for wedding dinner too if you are alright with the location.
Betty's Midwest Kitchen
Advisable to book for lunch and dinner. Betty’s serves really good hearthy Mid-west food. Small place, but the popularity shows; if the food is good, business is just as good too.
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsThey have this Grilled Baby Back Ribs too which sounded really tempting to me. Definitely going back for dinner or lunch to try it all out. Price are reasonable and food is good.
Kong Tai
stevenycs posted craving4food.blogspot.com 281 ReviewsOverall, the dinner was alright. I mean it wasn't bad till I can't finish it off. For me, it was moderate. But for the price you're paying and the environment, it's worth the money. Clean and with air condition.
