海港火锅的汤底都各有特色，如澳门猪骨汤、花雕药材汤、皮蛋芫茜汤、清热竹蔗汤、家乡潮州汤、滋润雪耳汤、特色胡椒粒汤、泰式冬炎汤和港式羊腩煲。各种汤底的用料都十足，我们所点的滋润雪耳汤里就有木瓜、枸杞、猪骨和雪耳。滋润雪耳汤底清甜润喉且明目，木瓜的甜味都充分的展现在汤里头，雪耳则是脆口的。
