Duck Egg Char Koay Teow

3
Cuisines Chinese Hawker Food
Business Hour only 8pm onwards

The quality seemed to be still maintained – good wok hei that oozed ‘warmth’ when you spread out the noodles, aromatic with lard, lots of bean sprouts and also generous amount of cockles and prawns.

Good

His charcoal duck egg char koay teow was slightly different than Jalan Pasar as he added Chinese sausage and topped with duck egg for RM 4.00. The koay teow was similarly fried with their mysterious dark sauce, cockles and bean sprouts. We were amazed by how tauke manage to stick the duck egg stick to every piece of the koay teow. This definitely worth trying.

Business Hour 10.30am-4.30pm (Closed Thursday)

Sin Hwa Café Assam Laksa is somewhat different as in taste as the cook would use tamarind juice instead of tamarind peels as some of the other stalls.

Superb

The Asam Laksa are quite delicious and has a lots of vegetables and fish chunks. The soup are thick and spicy enough.

located in Taman Pekaka, the taman that next to Tesco Extra (formerly known as Makro). This restaurant is in Lip Sin building located at 1st floor.

Bad

The food is delicious however the service is super bad. I having a bad experience for this Father's Day. I'm a loyal customer, I always celebrate an event at this restaurant. However, while we find out that there is a calculation mistake, the cashier show us the face and insist not to made any adjust. I sincerely feel very upset that spoil my event.
