A selling point of Lai Kee Tau Fu Fah is that they do not use gypsum powder (石膏). Even though it tastes not as great as Funny Mountain, the portion is generous. Quantity versus quality. The choice is yours.

Medan Selera Stadium Ipoh
Here comes the Noodle and the Beef....It's a bit different from Petaling Street ones. This soup is clearer as compared to the Petaling Street punya. The Mixed Beef taste good and tender. Not tough. Mamarazzi like. But what I love the most is the noodle. I love noodle.

The bill came to RM9.60 – a silly cheap price for a taste of heaven – and it was with sadness that I dragged myself out of the charming little restaurant, knowing that Ipoh is, disappointingly, too far away to pop in for a quick dinner.
