The price is in medium range. The taste of food is worth a try, rating 3/5. Not superb delicious type. But the dessert caramel crepe is 4/5. Superb taste.

the food here has improved. A lot. The Cod was delicious… cooked just short of well done, with a sweet thin layer of fat below a thoroughly crispy skin.

The glutinous rice balls are filled with black sesame are very delicious. The ginger soup is very spicy and it is really fit this whole dessert. However, I still feel that I prefer to have peanuts filling rather than black sesame.

I find their set lunch pricing is just so so, comparative higher than ala-carte. As for the taste, it is so so as well, and mostly are with pork (ie pork balls, minced pork etc)

Just came back from dinner @Tokyo Shokudo, Midvalley earlier & am COMPLETELY GROSSED OUT. Ordered their Set dinner - Teppanyaki Beef rice. Half way through the meal, found a small cockcroach in the gravy. EWWWwww.. Not much was said except a sorry and they offered me a similar new set...

I've been there a few times. And it's a very pleasant place. Staff there are friendly and willing to listen to comments to improve their food. Some may say it's a little expensive, but I find their food quality on par and for some dishes even better than the 'higher-class'..

Chic yet casual. The high chairs definitely caught me by surprise but they were surprisingly comfortable for dining!
