jian posted lovepoppyeat.blogspot.com 38 ReviewsSuperbSignature Dish: Claypot Fa Tiu Chicken Rating: Taste ♥♥♥♥ Texture: ♥♥♥♥ Value for money ♥♥♥♥ Overall ♥♥♥♥ rm 13.90 (small) Served to us sizzling hot, the aroma of this dish is simply unbelievable !! Fa Tiu is a type of chinese cooking wine, however in this dish, the Fa Tiu taste is very mild, to my personal liking :) Those tender chicken richly covered with the combination of the Fa Tiu and the dark sauce, served with ginger slices and spring onions . . it's just Lip-Smacking ! With no MSG, how did they do it? Signature Dish: Fried Egg with Shark Fin Rating: Taste ♥♥ Texture: ♥♥♥ Value for money ♥♥ Overall ♥♥ rm 13.90 (small) The mixture of the egg with ingredients like cabbage, carrots & shark fins makes every bite fun ! However, the overall taste for this meal is below my expectation, it is alil too dull for me; I actually accompanied them with soya sauce topped with chilli padi :p

jian posted lovepoppyeat.blogspot.com 38 ReviewsExceptionalAiyu Wintermelon Lemonade Rating: Taste ♥♥♥ Value for money ♥♥♥ Overall ♥♥♥ rm 5.80 I'm a big fan of any form of jelloish jelly tingie. Hehe. Aiyu is a famous Taiwanese Jelly made from the gel of a variety of Fig seeds, best served with honey and lemon. Unlike usual, this drink here has the classic wintermelon sweetness instead of honey. Love this drink :) Grass Jelly Milk Tea Rating: Taste ♥♥ Value for money ♥♥ Overall ♥♥ rm 5.80 Good standard Smooth milk tea but nothing extraordinaire. Unfortunately, they were out of black pearls that time :( However, me chose the next best, which is the Grass Jelly of course.
Tong Pak Fu 糖百府
Tong Pak Fu is clearly the homophone of Tong Pak Fu (in cantonese), a famous Ming Dynasty scholar. Fu carries the connotation of shop, Tong refers to 'Tong Shui' or dessert while Pak symbolises the blooming of different varieties and styles. The combination then brings out the message of "a dessert shop offering myriad of choices" - be it traditional or new flavours.

Satay Satay Restaurant
A place for a good old Satay satisfaction while you are shopping !
jian posted lovepoppyeat.blogspot.com 38 ReviewsSuperbThe Classic Chicken Satay Rating: Taste ♥♥♥♥ Value for money ♥♥ Overall ♥♥♥ rm 12.90 (10 sticks) Well seasoned and grilled to perfection. Yumm-O ! The chicken skewers has the perfect formula: the right amount of fats and meat (85% meat/15% fats) + the right level of marination + the degree of tenderness of the meat measured by the moist and juiciness of the meat. Nasi Borjari Rating: Taste ♥♥♥ Value for money ♥♥♥ Overall ♥♥♥ rm 15.90 First of all, BIG thumbs up to its portion, it's King Size. And check out its large serving of peanuts !!! I nearly scream out loud ! The combination of Sambal Chilli with Peanuts is just epic ! Also, the deep fried marinated chicken is delicious! This Nasi Borjari is different compared to the classic Nasi Lemak as it is served with fragrant colored rice: yellow, orange with some pinch of red and green. It is like what we Malaysian call Nasi Briyani :) Bt
