Caffebene
applefoo posted www.applefoodees.com 229 ReviewsThis is a great place for something light. Caffebene has just announced their latest item on the menu, the Misugaru homemade multi grain drink which claims, amongst others, to prevent graying of hair, reducing cholesterol and sugar levels in the blood – something different which I would love to try.
Hing Kee Bak Kut Teh 興记肉骨茶
applefoo posted www.applefoodees.com 229 ReviewsOverall, I find that the standard has dropped compared to before Hing Kee has expanded. It looks like it is difficult to control the quality of the bkt when catered to more people.
Food Foundry
it’s somewhat cozy yet stylish restaurant. The menu is gorgeous, with very deliciously shot images of their dishes.I guess Tapas must be one of their speciality here since there’s quite a range of it, from Lamb Meatball to Thai Chicken with Pumpkin There are monthly promotions plus special discounts for students and senior citizens.
applefoo posted www.applefoodees.com 229 ReviewsIf this place is not too far away, I would come back to try the other things on the menu. But for now, since I am on a budget, I would just keep this place in mind the next time I need my tea break fix.

California Pizza Kitchen

But I am glad to have ordered it as the noodles were very flavourful and delicious. It was fried with enough “wok hei”. I recommend this very much.

B Lui Seafood
B Lui Seafood cooks very excellent Kam Heong lala. Apparently it is a very famous stall that has appeared in newspaper for its delicious crabs with the headline “Crabs so good worth taking home”. The dish is served on a banana leaf placed over a sizzling hotplate. Tastes so good that the more I ate, the more I wanted.
