Stickhouse gelatos on the other hand, are produced without adding air which retains the natural flavours, making every bit rich and creamy with flavour for the milk based, tangy and perky for the sorbets.

I hate sorbets in general but the sorbets here are not too sour (except for the Lemon flavour one) and the fruity flavour is intensely satisfying.
