The rice was served with a hot pot and at the base of the rice it was slightly burnt and crusted just like those found in Chinese Clay pot rice.

I enjoyed the local dishes we ordered better than the Biryani. The Rice was a little too soggy for my liking and they were very stingy on the lamb pieces.

The rice for the mutton biryani was slightly different from the egg biryani in that it didn’t have any sort of sauce baked inside it.
