It's really difficult for me to describe the Delicious char-siew (叉烧) in words, you have to discover it yourself! I categorized this BBQ Pork as 'Must Eat Food' and so do the Assam soup stingray to all friends who visit Malacca.

I am surely going to be back again if I head back to Melaka. Please be there early as usually the Char Siew is sold out after 7.30pm.
