法国料理派系中有传统和现代的做法，这里的料理对我而言则较为倾向传统做法。我很好奇，既然类似这种西餐在外头也非常普遍，为何店主不干脆以法式现代的手法来处理这些料理呢？无论如何，略微看过其他博客的食评，也是褒贬不一，个人觉得在味道上的确有必要做出调整吧！
