Ah Cheng Laksa has its origins all the way back in 1960, in a small town Alor Star, Kedah. It started off as a small family business, it was then passed down to one of their children, Ah Cheng and has expanded their business to Klang Valley ever since. It seems that originality is the secret to the popularity of their exotic Asam Laksa :)

The generous amount of fresh sardine contributes to the thickness of the soup. It is also served with chunks of fresh Kembang fish. Taste just like from North, the right amount of sourness and spicyness brings the North kick to this dish !
