In short, instead of eating the-ever-popular roast duck in Sun Ming, we recommended siu yoke and char siew. Service is alright, not as bad as we read from some reviews online. We won’t come back from their roast duck again, but definitely yes for char siew.
Big Tree Lin Kee sits between the border of Taman Tayton View and Taman Connaught. Set up under several huge trees, this restaurant uses only self-made sauces for their steamed Fish. Be it bean paste, Tom Yam paste or Minced Ginger, the flavour has a uniqueness to it that is not only fresh but affordable!

Tong Kee famous with the original flavor egg tarts. Besides that, Tong Kee Brothers Confectionery (棠记兄弟饼家) have another version of egg tarts where the pastry is made with butter, which is with its buttery and crispier texture. Besides that, the chicken pie is quite famous too. Other than that, they also serve Halal egg tarts, Char Siu biscuit (叉燒酥), Lou Gong Beng (老公餅), Lou Poh Beng (老婆餅), Kaya Bun (加央角), Curry Bun (加央角), black sesame biscuit (黑芝麻酥) and many others. Apart from these main streams products, Tong Kee is also getting fair orders for festive cookies, wedding pastry (嫁女饼) and Moon Cake

Fun OK in Cantonese slang means "Go Home". A creative name suit this creative restaurant very well. This place is quite crowded when reaching midnight. Night owls from University College Sedaya International (UCSI) just love to roam in this area at that hour. Parking maybe hard to find during lunch and dinner time because not enough parking to accommodate all customers along that shop row. However it is slightly better when towards midnight as some of other shops already close and left Fun OK Cafe the only shop which is still in business at that hour. Wi-fi is available here. This place is recommended either couple or group gathering. Quite a noisy environment but I still will find my chance to revisit this wonderful cafe.
Elegant Inn was opened by several Hong Kongers who decided that they wanted to introduce some fine Hong Kong dining sensibility to the KL dining scene. Elegant dining, elegant prices though the location was not very elegant. Not a cheap place to eat but definitely really good food.

Overall it was quite a nice experience, there were just a few short coming on certain dishes. The service provided by the restaurant manager and the waitress was efficient and friendly.
ANDY LAU and his family started this pau (steamed bread dumpling) business in 1992 at Taman Connaught, Cheras and named one of their big buns after a famous sexy Hongkong actress called Yip Chee May aka Amy Yip. This bun is three times the normal tai (big) pau—its width is 18cm, weight 450g). At RM5.00 each, Yip Chee May Tai Pau is a favourite not only among the locals in Cheras or Kuala Lumpur but also those from outstation.
