Te Chang You Tiao Wang Enterprise
This deep fried Chinese crullers which originated from Kuala Perlis, are similar to the normal crullers except they are extremely long, around 14″. It comes with variety of fillings, indeed a great innovation from the original version.

The soup is so flavorful, it has very strong herbal taste and pork sweetness, it doesn’t has the thirsty feel even though we refill a few times.

They serve a wide selection of freshly-caught seafood, especially in terms of fish, they had at least eight types of fish for us to choose from during my visit to this place.

My dining experience was pretty satisfying indeed, the owner was very friendly and polite to his customers based on my observation. The drinks were inexpensive, parking can be fairly easy too.
Seong Hoe Claypot Bah Kut Teh
The bah kut teh is serve in a small claypot. The soup base is sweet and clear with heavy herbal taste.

What do you think of the concept of dining with fish ? Let us look into this newly open café, brainstormed by a fish breeder cum Arowana Club Penang member, George Liew, who had named his shop as the Aquatic Café.
My first impression is that the concept of having fishes swimming around while eating is good. The current one is more like having dinner in aquatic shop.
