Wong Ah Wah Grilled Chicken Wings
The shiny … golden … grilled chicken wing. Don’t you wish you could just reach out and grab a piece of it? Jalan Alor is a tourist attraction. With lots and lots of restaurants and stalls, it is truly a food haven.
Considering the food and drinks that we had, I expected it to be more expensive but it wasn’t.

Choi Kee Gou Lou (财记高佬鱼头米)
One of the stalls in Jalan Alor offering fish head meehoon soup with either thick or thin meehoon. Also offers seafood tomyam.
As for the Fish Paste Noodles (RM 8.00) ; it comes good and to my favorites. The blend of light sourish soup with the moist and tender fish paste is awesomely good which I give a two thumbs up for this.

Kedai Ayam Panggang Wong Ah Wah
Wong Ah Wah made a really big name for themselves as the best grilled chicken wings in town.
Next is the Roast Pork Noodle(Top right). Very tasty. Yum Yum. Bottom is the Fried Rice. Not bad-lah. One of the better Fried Rice that I have tasted.

Jalan Alor Nasi Lemak Stall
Loved their beef rendang where their meat is tender and not sinewy at all. The rice is not overly rich and they come in separate grains.
Charn Kee Tasty Corner
The shop is managed by sisters (I think) and they are very nice to talk with. This place is a bit hot (if you sit outside) and always packed during lunch hours.
Kedai Makanan dan Minuman TKS
Its a recommended store by me if you love Szechuan hawker style spicy food.
