MAD Restaurant
This place (well at least for this Sunway Putra Mall outlet) is staffed mainly by non-locals. I must say that the level of service is quite good.

Walk into the food court and his stalls would be on your right. You might have to go closer to each stall to find out which ones exactly, as they do not carry any signboards that says Pak Ya popia or anything remotely of that sort.
Kofuku 幸福
Overall I think this is not a bad Japanese restaurant. Have not tried their sashimi yet so not really sure for 100%. But one thing for sure is to ask for the price for their sushi before you simply make an order or they will simply give you a bomb price.
