Takumi Japanese Fine Dining
I never think of a high class Japanese restaurant is not serving based on what they have offered. Pretty disappointing. As for the taste, my advice is do not try their raw food.

Zing!
The lamb shank, is the heaviest course in the whole menu, is settled with Pu Er tea to remove the feeling of oiliness in the dish and balances well with the soft lamb shank sauce infused spinach.
