Low Sze Shin posted bmf0827.blogspot.myGood我们点了韩式烤肉，店家贴心地提出了肉烤好后再端上桌，这样就不会弄到满身烧烤味了。当然，如果你喜欢看着肉片慢慢被烤熟的感觉，是可以选择在桌上的烤炉煮的。 Marinated Pork BBQ on Hot Plate 用的是半肥瘦的Pork Belly部位，所以口感上很好，油香很够。咬起来的感觉比较松软，且肥度选择得刚刚好，所以不会觉得腻。

Low Sze Shin posted bmf0827.blogspot.myGood海港火锅的汤底都各有特色，如澳门猪骨汤、花雕药材汤、皮蛋芫茜汤、清热竹蔗汤、家乡潮州汤、滋润雪耳汤、特色胡椒粒汤、泰式冬炎汤和港式羊腩煲。各种汤底的用料都十足，我们所点的滋润雪耳汤里就有木瓜、枸杞、猪骨和雪耳。滋润雪耳汤底清甜润喉且明目，木瓜的甜味都充分的展现在汤里头，雪耳则是脆口的。

Low Sze Shin posted bmf0827.blogspot.myGood最好吃的是牛扒！ 店家很大方的给了 Rib Eye 在 Mixed Grill 里。 牛扒煮得刚刚好熟，一咬下去，肉汁四溢！ 本人对牛肉并没有什么研究，但是这个牛扒实在是太好吃了！ 让人简直想再点一碟牛扒来吃。

Low Sze Shin posted bmf0827.blogspot.mySo so终得来说，这间主打港式饮食的不见不散茶餐厅里的港式食物不见得很出色。 相反之下，其他文化的食物显得比较特别。 但是，这家餐厅却非常贴切地展示出港式饮食的一个特色，那就是快节奏。 上食物的速度非常的快，然而饭就不是热的，只有粥是热的。

Low Sze Shin posted bmf0827.blogspot.myGood店家提供了两种面包选择，我的 The Original 就选了 wholemeal bun 配 beef patty 和味道很搭的酱。 此外，我把普通的 french fries upgrade 成 sweet potato fries。 微甜的 sweet potato fries 让人一口接一口的，是比较健康的 comfort food。
pH Pastry House

Low Sze Shin posted bmf0827.blogspot.mySuperb店家的特别菜肴，北京鸭，一菜三吃。 店家会用刀将烧鸭的皮取出，配着葱花和甜酱，用薄饼卷着吃。 价钱不错，而且味道好。

Low Sze Shin posted bmf0827.blogspot.myGood整体上来说，汤的味道清甜，配上爽口的云吞面，对我来说是再好不过的 comfort food。 还有还有，店家都很亲切地让顾客 customize 自己的面，什么多菜啦，多肉啦，少面的，都会做到，在专卖店来说还蛮难能可贵的。
Moo Kata Steamboat & BBQ House
Low Sze Shin posted bmf0827.blogspot.myBad总得来说，味道好的并不够全面。 有三种煮法和选择多，是它的特点。 除了猪肉以外，其他肉类的味道略嫌不够好。 海鲜的选择不少，而且味道还是可以的。 可惜的是，酱汁调配的不够好。

That Latte Place
Low Sze Shin posted bmf0827.blogspot.mySo soThat Latte Place 少了优美的环境，感觉上就缺乏了一种特殊的味道。相较之下，在这钢骨水泥森林的店面里，食物少了衬托，就显得并没有那么好味。
