Amy Heritage Nyonya Cuisine
One of the best nyonya dishes in Melaka. Call 06-2868819 to book in advance!
ExceptionalAmy Koh, the proprietor of this nyonya restaurant, is a Malaccan Nyonya (duh!) who have inherited the cooking skills from her great grandparents, grandparents and parents. she only started this business upon retirement as a dental nurse. the interior is simple and minimal. paper cutting ...and framed awards on the wall. she was even invited by United Nations (!!!) as a guest cook for the Malaysian Food Festival few years back. read more

Plan B
Exceptionalwe opted for an al-fresco seating as it was pretty crowded indoor. the interior of this cafe actually gives me a rustic feel, very vintage and raw.

Swez Brasserie
pavlova was slightly sweet and the texture was too hard for a pavlova while for kuih-muih, they were just again, mediocre, but i did enjoy the angku kuih!

Khunthai Restaurant
Deep fried tofu thai, crispy on the outside, moist and soft in the inside. best eaten with the nutty thai chilli sauce!

Restoran Yunus Khan (Jiao Sai)
It might look unappealing but it actually tasted quite good. they use those instant noodle from Thailand, instead of maggi mee’s mee, which was just fine.

43 Cafe
43 Cafe is famous for its pork burger which the patties are freshly prepared daily (read: healthy!).
Superbit’s one of those houses-turned-shophouses. during the day, it looks like an ordinary terrace house, and as the night falls, pork-lovers herd together at the car porch. there’s no signage or whatever, you might overlook this gem.

Restoran Yaki Teppan
They have an extensive menu for teppanyaki and sushi and some side dishes which are all reasonably priced.
