Foh San Dim Sum 富山茶楼
The ever famous Foh San dim sum is a famous haunt by tourists for some scrumptious and variety of dim sum. A little advise here, either go there as early as 7 am or as late as 11 am. Its hard to get a table during peak hour, and after you get seated bring your bill to the cart and take your own dim sum as the waitress are too busy to entertain you.

Big Tree Foot (大树脚) Roadside Hawker
Ipoh’s famous “Big Tree’s Foot” (called Tai Shu Keok in Cantonese) which located at Pasir Pinji with a friend. Basically, this place is kinda dusty and untidy as it’s located by the roadside. The hawkers erected some canopies probably due to some complaints by customers that leaves falling from above.

This place is name Big Tree Foot or “Dai Shu Geok” (大树脚). The location is very simple, look for Jalan Pinji and then follow the tree..they are operate under a few very big tree!

The restaurant is float on the river (maybe is Klang River, not so sure) and the river is so dirty!!! We even witness a large amount of gabbage swim on the river in the middle of our surpose to be great lunch hihi. I didn't shoot the scenario photo because this is a food blog, so I don't want such a disgusted thing to be post here!!!

I remember my first choice sure is the Bubur Cha Cha and Red Bean. Unfortunately, the time when we reach here after some shopping at GM Wholesale at Taman Botanical, its only left the Assam Boi (Sour Plum) and Kedondong :-(.
