Sitka is a restaurant in Damansara Heights, situated in the west of Kuala Lumpur and set in the 30-year-old shop lots of Jalan Batai. This intimate, 40-seat neighbourhood eatery is our interpretation of a modern restaurant, giving a nod to the food scene of Copenhagen, Barcelona and London.

Reasons to visit: My personal favorites were the Tuna Tataki, Minced Lamb Chinese Bing, and don’t miss the Chocolate Cremeux.

Overall Rating: 7.5/10. My meal here today was smashing. The soft shell crab steamed bao was delectable but hitting the spot was the shredded beef taco, love it! Having said that, I thought the portion served was ridiculously miniscule - in other words, it felt expensive.

Service is pretty good. Semi self-service, where staffs will hand over Sitka menu to all diners, and after browsing through, head over to the counter and place your order.

Reasons to visit: low carbs, fresh local ingredients, reasonably priced wine, Roast Beetroot with Citrus, Beef Taco, White Chocolate with Thai Basil and Wood Sorrel.

I personally foresee some grumbles about the portion and pricing and all I can say is, you pay for quality. :)
The tacos and rolls/subs may seem to be on the high side, however the buttermilk chicken is pretty good value for RM23. So are their quiches and cakes.
