Food Chef’s recommendations include Roasted tenderloin with Asian pesto, whipped soft potato purée, buttered carrot and wilted romaine, mushroom risotto with herbed spring chicken and asparagus and roasted spiced lamb rack with carrot purée and mustard watercress salad amongst others.
Starters: salmon and avocado tartare with gratinated oysters served with Hollandaise and tomato herb vinaigrette and mixed salad with balsamic dressing and its generous array of wines notably the Italian Santa Margherita and Chilean Anakena.
