To end our great dinner, we have the Sakura Mochi as our dessert. Sakura Mochi is a Japanese confectionery consisting of a sweet pink mochi (rice cake) and red bean paste, covered with a leaf of sakura (cherry blossom). Comes together with a Raspberry flavour ice cream that is creamy and flavourful. After all, this are considered the yummiest part of the dinners.
