It is infused with honey and sage and lovingly simmered in beef stock with granny Smith apples. There is nothing BKT here except the resemblance at one glance. But served with sides of deep fried flower roll buns (4 pcs per serving), this dish earned applause with the soft knuckle meat that’ll beautifully tear up with very little effort to reveal that fresh pink on the inside.
