Good年初四这一天我们趁着出外到住家附近用餐，便顺道点了一客鱼生解一解瘾。 蒲种的黄明记海鲜餐馆是我蛮喜欢的餐馆之一，这里很多招牌菜都很对味。可惜因为是新年的关系，大厨们把心机都放在新年特色菜式，很多平时吃到的招牌菜都没有，所以这一次点了很多新的菜色，算是在熟悉的餐馆来个大冒险~

I personally find that the items served are ok... The noodles are very 'chewy' and the gravy for the loh mee was not that thick.. which was acceptable to me!

The pork balls were good & no unpleasant pork smell however the loh shu fun (silver needle noodles) 老鼠粉 was just regular soy bean sauce noodles (we ordered big size). I was regret to order the prawn fish paste noodles because it's really not nice. The fish ...paste was OK but some of the prawns have really weird taste & I think plain prawns does not go well with plain soup. I prefer a little spicy prawns' broth (Penang Prawn Mee). Luckily I didn't order big size. Total is RM 24.60 (USD 6.10). read more

I found the lunch buffet variety quite disappointing. Some of the food weren't fresh as well e.g. one of the beancurd dishes with oyster were 'sour'/has gone bad. In my personal opinion, paying RM55.20/person (RM48.00++/person) for a limited variety of sushi, sashimi, & Japanese dish...es wasn't really worth-it. Service was quite slow as well, especially since we were seated in the private room. read more

Generally, I don't mind to have my dinner here more often, because the environment is clean and decent. So restaurant sometimes no need to serve superb quality, but "not bad" quality with other plus points already deserved a good comment. This restaurant serves typical Gao Zhou (高州) dishes.
Upon entering, you would be greeted by a stretch of food wall, picturing their delicious looking specialties on the wall like a huge menu.
