Have the feeling that coffee back in Butter + Beans at Seventeen PJ tastes much better, but we do like Butter + Beans Jalan Doraisamy for its wider space, homey design. More comfortable, another worth checking out hidden cafe within the hustle and bustle of KL city.

Typica Cafe 豆原
I love how the tree being positioned near the entrance, filtering the dining area from the opening. Mind you that it is without air-conditioning, but if you like natural breeze you will enjoy it.

Waffles here aren't the extremely crunchy type but more compact in texture. With the maple buttered pecan sauce, it offers our palate a sweet savoury appetizing taste. Worth a try!
Oh Scooter Cafe

On an overall note, we didn't have a very enjoyable experience here at Oh Scooter and it's unlikely that we'd make our way there again.

Honestly, it takes a while for the iced tea cubes to dissolve and mix with the milk. I had to keep stirring. It was good though. First thing yo...u get to taste is the milk tea (which also has a nice scent to it), followed by a minty after taste because of the mint leaves. I removed the mint leaves soon enough as I didn't want my milk tea to have a strong minty taste. read more

One night, we chose this cafe as our catch up venue. The main theme was, as you could assume from the name of the cafe,... teapots. Artisan Roast Coffee
All in all, Artisan Roast could be a heaven-sent option on my caffeine-deprived days, or just when I needed a shot the most. And the temptation factor grows a notch no thanks to the close proximity of my current office and this cafe.
