As for price, I supposed the prices are pretty okay, after all, its an "All You Can Eat Buffet".

Price-wise, was very cheap indeed. The total damage for my visit was just Rm5.20 (2 bowls of dessert, 1 small plate of Char Bee Hoon and a cup of soy milk) only. Most of their desserts are less-sweetened, so it fits in the health-conscious society nowadays very well.
Four Seasons Tea Restaurant
The service was rather horrible, the waiters and waitresses seem so unmotivated, they were sitting and having some chit-chat sessions as if they have nothing better to do, which annoyed me, as a customer in the restaurant.

One of their signature dishes is their Stinky Toufu (台湾臭豆腐) which is quite uncommon in Penang.

Sin Tai Tung Seafood
Sin Tai Tung Seafood Restaurant food is not bad and the price is reasonable.
Lip Sin Red Tea Hous
The dining area has good air flow since the seating is not inside building hence you don’t feel hot while enjoying breakfast here.
Ocean Green Seafood Restaurant
Overall Ocean Green do serve good food and we are all happy dining here, the down side is the restaurant close too early.

speciality of this restaurant is the Kampar Noodle with deep fried fritters. First you have to place your ordered at the counter by select your favorite deep fried fritters, vegetable and fish ball.
