Foodie Review
Mukha
In the heart of TTDI, nestles a cozy little cafe called Mukha that draws its inspiration from a place of the same name in Yemen where traders from all corners of the world used to meet and trade coffee in the 15th century.
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsI love how the KL & PJ scene is quickly mushrooming with these indie joints that serves good coffee, comfort food and a cozy environment.
Magenta
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsWe were attracted by the choice of mains: the Tuna Steak and Grilled Ribeye Steak as a peek into the ala carte menu revealed that both mains costs almost RM45 - 50 each, so the RM99.90 deal should be pretty worth it.
Yeast Bistronomy
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsI ordered the French 'Bahn Mi'. I've had the original Vietnamese Bahn Mi when I was in HCMC a few years ago and totally loved the fluffy crispy bread (though not a fan of liver pate).
Little Heritage House,
Inspired by the rich culture of Nyonya cuisine, Little Heritage House is nicely decorated with all the heirlooms characteristic of the straits chinese, from a bygone era. There is an upstairs area as well that’s perfect for intimate functions. Here you will see a fascinating glass display of old Nyonya footwear, jewelry, relics and paraphernalia.
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsIn all honesty, I think the food was great, absolutely no complains for the main dishes - prawns were fresh and succulent, kiam chye soup was sour and homely as it should, the inche kabin (nyonya fried chicken with spices and coconut milk, deep fried twice) was hot and delicious, and oh brinjal and sambal how can anything possibly go wrong, goes well with rice too...
Ichiro Sushi Bar
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsThe chawan mushi is one of the best in town I would dare say.
pH Pastry House
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsBeing a pastry house, there are also cakes, desserts and bread available.
Imperial Garden
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsThe dishes were less than impressive.
Sek Yuen Restaurant
The duck meat was tender after double-boiled for 6 hours, actually the best part was the skins..and the gravy was really tasty
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsAll the dishes fared very well with exception of the fish which unfortunately was sent back to the kitchen (and never returned, but we got it off the bill) due to unacceptable smelly-fish smell and taste.
King Crab Restaurant
The restaurant has live seafood tanks with snow crabs, various fishes, mud crabs and geoduck.
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsOverall, the meal was a-okay, hits on the suckling pig, fish and crabs and the 8-treasures dish, but miss was on the HK kailan - the fried portion seems to be over-fried.

Ril's Steakhouse @ The Warehouse
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsI would recommend the lobster bisque, though at RM28, it's not exactly the most affordable!
Hit & Mrs
Restaurant and Wine Bar by The BIG Group
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsThe appetizers were done up nicely - playing with flavours and texture.
Bait
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsBait could however improve on the bread - we would welcome a little creativity instead of normal plain toasted baguette.
Artisan Coffee Bar
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsThe coffee is good, that's all I can say.
Yokotaya
YilingL posted yilinglim.blogspot.com 232 ReviewsService was a bit slow event though there was just 2 tables. Food was ok, not superbly great.
