Restoran Gurney Delight
posted www.choiyen.com 419 ReviewsVerdict: Recommended by a Penangite foodie, I believe the authenticity of the food is there. This place definitely not bad to assuage one’s yearning for Penang street food.
Ti Chen
PureGlutton posted pureglutton.com 234 ReviewsWe had some of their signature items like Steamed Prawn Dumplings, Chicken Siew Mai, Glutinuous Rice with Chicken and Wok-fried Radish Cake with Seafood.
Spring Garden Restaurant
PureGlutton posted pureglutton.com 234 ReviewsI enjoyed the nicely fried thin golden skin of the chicken but the rest of the elements were quite lost in the mismatched serving.
The Taste Garden
The chili dip/sambal was a bit of a let down. Yet the noodle dishes were nicely prepared and tasty.
Nava Krishnan posted www.nava-k.com 188 ReviewsExceptionalThe chili dip/sambal was a bit of a let down. Yet the two types of hand made noodle dishes were beautifully plated and tasty I must say. Pleasant owner and pleasant customer service.
Mum’s Kitchen Restaurant
missyblurkit posted www.missyblurkit.com 266 ReviewsIts goed enough to warrant me returning (out of our own wallets) with my pals on a few occasions.
Restoran Makanan Laut Kwai Lam
The crab was fantastic. Very meaty. Real fatty crab.
hAppYHapPy posted tailim.blogspot.com 740 ReviewsI found that the grilled Tilapia fish has a better taste than the baked one, I like the burn aroma obviously the fish has been perfectly burnt from the grill.
Restoran Spring Golden
Restauranteur: Max Lim
jkdrooling posted jkdrooling.blogspot.com 199 ReviewsSuperbThe term "glass" is used because the BBQ pork here is so well-barbecued that its fatty layer remains transparent like glass. We were served with a plate of slightly charred edges char siew which were extremely fat almost without lean meat. But they were irresistibly yummy! Crisp edges and soft and almost-gooey fatty layer melting in your mouth; how could anyone resist this?
Choong Fong Restaurant
missyblurkit posted www.missyblurkit.com 266 Reviewsits reasonable considering its during the festive period.
In House Health Cuisine
There's sure a wide selection of healthy dishes and I have a certain liking for broth with Chinese herbs. so the soup was perfect in taste.
jkdrooling posted jkdrooling.blogspot.com 199 ReviewsGoodIn-house's signature Sauna Stone Bowl (RM9.90 for vege, RM12.90 for fish OR chicken). You can choose to savour it with brown rice, pumpkin noodles or rice noodles. Being served in a stone bowl, it is certainly sizzling hot and tongue-burning. While it may appear very plain and dominated by greens and other vegetables, the soup is rather flavourful and it's very appetizing for those who wish to warm their stomachs. The portion is huge too, I don't think any average eater could finish it single-handedly.
Restoran Jin Man Noodle House
The fish ball here made from Ikan Tenggiri. Very spongy and taste fishy. It is high quality.
hAppYHapPy posted tailim.blogspot.com 740 ReviewsOur principles in producing fishballs with 100% pure whitefin wolf-herring fish. Even during rainy seasons when this particular fish is out of supply, we would rather take a few days off our business instead of compromising the quality of our fishballs"
Lam’s Kitchen
PureGlutton posted pureglutton.com 234 ReviewsBesides noodles and rice dishes, Lam’s Kitchen actually serves a host of other dishes, including all kinds of Hongkong-style roast meats, claypot items, double-boiled soups, one-dish meals and even dim sum.
Restaurant Ming Tai Hin Dim Sum
jkdrooling posted jkdrooling.blogspot.com 199 ReviewsMing Tai Hin, unfortunately, wasn't able to impress him with the taro puff, though I find it decently good. The BBQ pork stuffing is saltier than usual but could be refined with more aroma and pronounced flavours.
