This restaurant located in Lorong Chulia serves really great and tasty Hainanese food at very affordable prices except for the fish which can be a bit pricey.

This restaurant is very popular with the locals and tourists for its Hainanese food and also local dishes. Specialist of this restaurant includes the Curry Gulai Tumis, Kerabu Prawns, Hainanese Pork/Chicken Chop and many other selections of dishes.
Chulia Street Hawkers
It is operated by an old couple, in which the wife takes the order and the husband prepares the curry mee. The Wan Than Mee and Apom stalls there are just as good.

Oo Kio (Ai Yu Bing)
Oo Kio is actually a bowl of jelly that cut into cubes and then added with a lychee and a slice of lemon before being topped with crushed ice. It is sold by the owner with her son (each taking shifts) on a small lorry.

Chulia Street Snacks
This place, managed by a man with his two helpers, offer excellent fried goodies that are commonly available in dim sum shops. According to him, he has been selling this snack for almost twenty-eight years, with no sign of slowing down!
Restoran Long Jiang
The boiled chicken was prepared by their own, but those roasted chicken, pork, and char siew were took from supplier. They sells Ipoh Taugeh Chicken in the same Kopitiam at night.
A plate of Oil Rice with hint of chicken broth flavour (original chicken broth not MSG), not salty & heavy, it goes well with chicken…
